1. Services

The Mobile Car Wash provides mobile car wash services at the customer's location. We offer various wash packages, including Basic, Deluxe, and VIP, as well as membership options. The specific services included in each package are described on our website.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Customers can schedule appointments online or by phone.

  • Payment is generally due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation 1 fee.  

3. Service Area

Our service area currently includes Suffolk County, but this is subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to locations outside of our designated area.

4. Access and Preparation

  • Customers must provide clear access to the vehicle for our team to perform the wash. This includes adequate space from cars parked nearby to allow our team to work safely and effectively.

  • Please remove any valuable items from the vehicle before our arrival.

  • Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location within 50 feet of a water source and an electrical outlet.

  • While we provide our own hoses and extension cords, customers are responsible for ensuring access to water and electricity. We do not cover any associated costs.

  • Failure to provide adequate water and electricity access may result in service refusal.

  • Please be aware that nearby vehicles may be splashed during the wash process. The Mobile Car Wash is not liable for any water spots or minor splashing on nearby vehicles.

5. Membership

  • Membership benefits and terms are as described on our website.

  • Memberships may be subject to recurring billing.

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time.

  • Existing reservations tied to the membership may be canceled when canceling a membership.

  • Membership costs are non-refundable, even if the allotted washes for the membership period have not been used.

  • Cancellation of memberships may require a written notice.

6. Liability

  • The Mobile Car Wash is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or customer negligence.

  • We take precautions to prevent damage, but we are not liable for minor scratches or imperfections that may occur during the wash process.

  • We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. Weather

  • In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule appointments.

  • We will make every effort to provide timely notice of any weather-related cancellations.

8. Customer Satisfaction

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

9. Modifications

The Mobile Car Wash reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York State.
