Do I have to subscribe monthly to get your service?

No subscription is necessary! While we do offer paid recurring memberships, they are not required for you to be “in the club”. We offer a la carte services whenever you need, member or not, paid for individually.

So then why should I become a member?

Our memberships offer significant savings and greater flexibility. Not to mention the seamless convenience if you schedule your washes to be automatically recurring. If you want a permanently showroom-ready car, you can save a ton with a membership!

How do I use my member benefits? Do I still book individual services or is it automatic?

Yes or no, it’s totally up to you! To start: After purchasing your membership, you can then head over to booking. Click “Book Now” and select your region, then you will be presented with two categories. The second one, “Members-only Wash Packages” is where you can book your first complementary wash.

1. You can book each wash when you need it the same way, so that we can work around your busy schedule. All these bookings will be free as a member.

2. Reach out to us via call, text, or email and we’ll set up automatically recurring services on a schedule that works best for you. We’ll show up each time from there to get your car spotless, working in the background, so you can enjoy a seamlessly spotless car, always waiting for you.

Both options will be constrained only by the frequency of your membership. Please reach out if we can accommodate you with any other arrangement. Our goal is to make the thought of a dirty car ancient history.

I have a Deluxe Membership, can I still get add-ons or an occasional VIP wash?

Depending on your membership tier you may opt to pay for any number of add-ons on any individual booking, and you will be charged only for those add-ons. Upgrades to VIP will also be an available add-on. VIP Memberships, on the other hand, are all inclusive; there are no missing add-ons to upgrade to!

What if I have multiple cars I want washed at once?

We’re still creating our particular offerings for this case. For individual washes, you can make two separate bookings during back to back time slots. If you’re interested in a multi-car membership, or have any other questions or requests like this, please reach out and we will be happy to work something out with you.

What do I need to do after booking a wash?

Nothing! Our goal is to show up and get your car looking pristine, seamlessly. We want you to walk outside to a showroom-ready car without having to think about it. All we must ensure from you is that your vehicle is accessible so we can freely move around it. Nearby vehicles could get splashed. If there is no active water spigot nearby we can use, we can supply our own water. You’ll need to unlock the car for us so we can detail the interior. That’s all! Otherwise we hope to work our magic in the background while you enjoy having a beautiful car always waiting for you :)

What is the ReducedTouch™ method?

This is a facet of our bridging the gap between conveyor belt and touchless washes, and the high end of costly detailing. How do we get as close as we can to an intensive detailing, but deliver it frequently so that shine never fades? We came up with the ReducedTouch™ method, which combines touchless techniques like foam cannons and undercarriage sprayers, supplemented by dual-bucket hand washing techniques. Our experience has shown that this method delivers exceptional results, allowing you to enjoy a clean car more often.

What is a SpeedDetail™?

Just like above, this is yet another result of the same gap bridged. Our experience has allowed us to lock onto the most optimal and efficient quality drivers. With our SpeedDetail™, on the interior we thoroughly dust and vacuum, scrub where necessary, then use a variety of specialized sprays to wipe down every surface, giving your whole interior a brand new shine. On the exterior, our spray-and-wipe products deliver a meticulous clean quickly and efficiently, once again allowing you to enjoy that showroom look more frequently.
